At Mara Clothing, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
