1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. Check our website or promotions page for the current free shipping threshold.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
5. Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Mara Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mara Clothing is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
